Product Introduction

Ethylene acrylic acid copolymer dispersion (EAA dispersion) has good adhesion to some polar materials such as metal and glass, also has good adhesion to PE, polyurethane and nylon. It is widely used in the field of water-based Hot-melt adhesives.

It shows excellent water resistance, adhesion, flexibility, and optical purity on film formation ,with thermoplastic properties and extremely high adhesion, as well as excellent barrier properties and resistance to water and chemicals.

Provide excellent adhesion to metal and cellulose substrates, and enhance the water, grease, and solvent resistance of coatings and adhesives. It can be used as a bonding coating or primer for extrusion coatings, foil laminates, special paper coatings, paper sizing agents, heat sealing coatings, non-woven adhesives, and also as a heat activated adhesive in heat transfer anti adhesive coatings.

Easy to process, the ideal bonding strength can be achieved with the temperature above 140 ℃ and a certain amount of pressure.
