Plastic and rubber raw materials
Product Introduction
Ethylene methacrylic acid copolymer (EMAA) is a resin obtained by copolymerizing ethylene monomers with methacrylic acid monomers through free radical polymerization in a high-pressure reactor. The performance of ethylene methacrylic acid copolymer is similar to that of ethylene acrylic acid copolymer (EAA).
The characteristics of EMAA resin
1. The best choice for aluminum foil bonding.
2. It has excellent direct coating adhesion to paper, glass, metal, especially aluminum, and also has adhesion to other polar materials.
3. Low heat sealing temperature can accelerate the packaging line speed and improve the production efficiency of the packaging line;
4. Resistant to oil, acid, salt, and other chemicals.
5. Excellent thermal adhesive strength and a wide thermal adhesive temperature range (second only to sarin).
6. Excellent sealing performance in polluted areas.
7. Containing methyl can neutralize the acidic taste of acrylic acid and is widely used in liquid packaging.
